Hi! My name is Kai Suwandi and I’m currently a second year at UC Berkeley studying Physics.
I grew up in the Bay Area and started photography around 7th grade using an iPhone 5s. Over the years, I’ve upgraded gear and delved more into street photography, plus film (favorite is anything Ilford). Unfortunately, I can only find photos as far back as 2020; most of it is high school Instragram shoots with friends anyway. My motivation for photography is self-expression and capturing daily life that would otherwise go unnoticed.
You can usually find me studying, trying to code, or hanging around Berkeley and SF with friends. My favorite foods are In-N-Out and crème brûlée milk tea from iTea. I also am growing a liking for plaid and brown clothing.
